Founder, Daniel Montes has over 30 years of hands-on experience in building service operations. He has a thorough understanding of every aspect of the facilities and maintenance business and is considered a specialist in the critical areas of risk management, building safety and customer satisfaction. He has skillfully guided his companies from a sole proprietorship in 1983 to a multi-million dollar corporation today.
Daniel participates in and sponsors several organizations. He is an active member of IFMA, serving on the Community Outreach Committee, leading projects such as Rebuilding Together and environmental beach clean-ups. He is also an active participant of CoreNet, working to raise funds for Domestic Violence Shelters.
Daniel H. Montes has been involved in the business and walking job-sites his entire life. He has received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and is an active member of the USGBC and IFMA serving under various committees, including Rebuilding Together where he donated his time in managing projects at Rehabilitation Facilities and Domestic Violence Shelters in the Bay Area. He is also a Co-Chairman of the Vendor Fair committee at IFMA.
With Linda’s personal and professional drive, she has outgrown her original job responsibilities as Customer Service Representative in 1995 to the Human Resources and Business Manager of today. Always striving to grow her knowledge inside and outside of the company her knowledge of business and understanding of the services needs for our clients, Linda offers her knowledge to operations insight to ensure customer satisfaction.
Upon joining the company in 2001 as a project coordinator, Adalet has proven his skills and developed management methods which now allows him to oversee millions of square feet every day. Keeping a watchful eye on the latest industry related technologies; Adalet has been able to satisfy customer requests and expectations, leading BGM in customer satisfaction.
